I've used 1040 Blues Inc since I started with them in the year 2000. Franc is both professional and very personable. He's incredibly knowledgeable and has always done a fabulous job at working with my complex tax circumstances, up to and including the situations wherein I have expatriated - he's just as capable at working my issues remotely and getting my taxes done as he is in person. Franc's staff are friendly and helpful, and always help me out in the few situations when he's been too busy due to the peak of tax season. Whenever I've had questions, Franc takes the time to research answers when I have something new to ask.I noticed the 1-star rating here on Google (below), and I'll respond also:When I first started working with 1040 Blues in 2000, they were based in Torrance. A few years later, they moved to Fullerton, where 1040 Blues has remained in the same office ever since - I could drive there without having to look it up. 1040 Blues doesn't change offices every year - this business is stable, easy to find, honest, and worth the money. I trust this company with my finances, and have now for 17 years, and plan to continue to do so. I have also referred friends to 1040 Blues, and they have stayed loyal as well.In summary: if you're looking for an excellent, trustworthy accountant who also happens to be a good person (easy to talk to, not just a brain-in-a-box), this is the company to try.
