We've worked with this payroll service for about 10 years now. It's definitely geared towards a company who doesn't mind being more hands-on with their payroll. All interaction is through the online interface. But, on occasion I do have a question that requires a live person. Although, very direct and to-the-point, I generally find interaction with the owner (I think) to be helpful.If you need extensive assistance with your payroll and related activities, I'm not sure this would be the service for you, based on my experience. However, if you're pretty self-sufficient, it's definitely the best priced service out there.
