I have been with Peter of 360 HR as my preferred agent for several years now. There are simply very few around who actually realise the importance of getting the match between workers and projects right for benefit and success to everyone. The 360 team are so genuine and willing to invest the time to really get to know you. They keep in touch and actually treat you like a person and valued client - not a faceless keyword search in a database. Peter is spot on every time when he considers me for projects that I wouldn't know about or thought of for myself but he puts them in front of me and they are a perfect fit. My skill set probably strays across and definitely outside a few of the 'normal' boxes people tend to like to stay in but he totally gets it - scarily sometimes better than I do! That's is the genius of it - 360HR do what they do really well so people like me can be themselves, not a square peg in a round hole, and focus 100% on what they are good at and hopefully do them and the clients on the other side proud.
