I love that I'm in and out in 30 minutes! Don't need to put any thought into your workout, it's pre-planned for you and changes everyday. The best part is having someone pushing you for the full 30 minutes. I leave this class drenched in sweat and so energized! Best workout decision I've ever made was signing up here!

I really do love 9 round, I love getting able to walk in on my own time, I'm the person who's always 5-7 minutes late so this is wonderful for me! The staff is great and so supportive.
