****THIS IS A ZERO STAR****(needed to click a star to post)This is a very unprofessional agency. Coordinators have the worst customer service in any business field I have ever doubt with the worst listening skills and having to repeat myself multiple times regarding my call. Staff were not understanding English very well and could not be understood. It is a high risk asking people for the last 4 numbers of the social security over the phone. Please find other methods to retrieve callers. Your company is not updated with new protocols. Do not waste your time at this agency. It's best to contact other agencies that are more certified or licensed in the Human Service Field. This place will waste your time filling out applications and testing. They never have work because the corporations rather deal with real HR professionals than these tacky last minute need. DO NOT APPLY. I will be calling the BBB to file a complain and other agencies against this facility. Before this review I requested to speak to a manager and they tell me they do not have one. WHAT???? who is running this place? Looks like a crack house. Are you using peoples info for other means? I'm shocked there is employment agencies like this. What is going on people.
