I called on a Monday (their late night). I wanted to set up a appointment for the following Monday first thing in the morning. Now the lady whom set the appointment was made aware of my deceased mother in-laws situation. She even placed me on hold and checked with the main CPA as to what I needed to bring. They stated a power of attorney (which makes no sense) but I said ok and made the appointment. Sure as heck one week later I am the first appointment of the day and I am told to get lost as I am the son in law a fact WE ALL went over a week before!!! My mother in law was young and went from cancer free to full of cancer and dead in 90 days. Now I don't care about money as much as I do CARE about MY TIME as it could very well be limited. I wrote this to save you (the reader) time. Tax Bytes for the win 😉. They did it all with in a day and with an e-signature from my wife. I just had to drop off the paperwork!!!
