Advance Systems TMS was the perfect solution for the real time problem of keeping track of more than 200 mobile employees.From the very start of the process, the sales, technical and managerial people at Advance were there to answer questions, provide solutions and fix problems.Aside from being an extremely economical solution (other compatible systems required ongoing monthly subscriptions), TMS was the perfect solution. From providing multiple input sources (our employees primarily use cellphones to enter the data) Advance Systems even supplied flawless Spanish language prompts for a mainly Hispanic workforce!Even after the system was installed and working, Advance came through with special requests to provide specific reports to highlight areas we needed to pay special attention.Six months down the road, we upgraded our server (something we'd anticipated at installation) and Advance Systems provided the expertise to seamlessly facilitate the transition.
