Very rude. I take CBD oil (.3% thc) every day and have for months for my anxiety because i perfer that over the xanax my dr tried giving me which my employer knew before my test and I was told to confirm it through this company and the lady I spoke with told me I was wrong that it doesn't contain thc at all even though I was reading her the ingredients from my bottle and said if I didn't pay $150 then she was letting my employer know that I failed for marijuana even though I'm not a smoker. 10 minutes later my boss let me know that they got a fax saying that everything was ok and that it was confirmed CBD oil because of the levels being so low. It was like as soon as the lady heard I had anxiety she was seeing how worked up she could get me by calling me a liar and telling me I better start looking for another job for no reason considering after we got off the phone everything was ok.

Even tho i had ALL appropriate paperwork when i arrived for my test they still managed to send the result to the wrong employer making me miss my screening window for a $60k year job. I find it hard to believe a company full of people who can clearly not read are responsible for determining the employment fate of so many. Anyone associated with this company should be ashamed of themselves for the incompetents of the few ive be stuck dealing with.

Stephanie hesser is very verbally abusive. Uses vular language to the collectors at the collection sites in the escreen network. She talks and treats the collectors like she is above them and will threaten with cursive language. I've terminated my independent collection site from being in the escreen network due to stepanie hesser's verbal abuse to my employees. I'm surprise they keep her working there but turn over there is high. Our previous rep. from escreen quit and started working with another company he was good. But escreen cannot keep good employees they leave. I do not recommend this TPA due to their verbal abuse to their network of collection sites.

The escreen lady yelled at me and refused service and used profanity her first name is Stephanie. I wish I had gotten her last name she is one of the managers at Escreen. Very rude for a TPA. Very unprofessional, I took my business elsewhere. No time for her poor behavior and no time to allow someone to be so disrespectful. If you need to use Quest Diagnostics, Lab Corp, CRL, Medtox don't use Escreen. Very Rude people working there at customer service.

They cheat the collection sites that do the collections in their network. They refuse to pay no more that $10 for a urine test, $20 for a Breath alcohol Test, and $40 for a DOT Physical to a company yet they charge twice that to their client. Also they will charge their client for the test and with hold payment to the collection site stating technical errors and the collection site that is subcontracted with them never gets paid. If the subcontracted site needs escreen to do a DOT urine drug test for them they demand payment within 30 days or they send it to collections. Now we know how they make their money they don't pay their collection sites.

Their automated phone service is a bit frustrating but I don't know any that aren't. When I did speak with a representative she was courteous and helpful. I only had to call to talk with them because the third party specimen collector (Dr Gil's ImMEDiate Care) here in Springfield MO made many mistakes. Escreen fixed all their mistakes and got the information to my employer in a timely manner.

The supposed owner of the company that i talked to today was the rudest peice of crap i have ever had the pleasure of talking too. This company does nothing to help its clients. Then they want to treat you like a peice of dirt when they wake you up and put you on hold for 25 minutes. You called me, so why the hell should i have to wait 25 minutes for you to come to the phone

To obtain my medical records same day I would have to drive from WA to KS. They provide no way to get them electronically. Unhelpful, rude and I will not contract with them for my employees in the future.
