I dropped my laptop, it still worked but the cooling fan was going out too. They called me and told me that it would cost $ 400 to repair, it was an old model. Well I was told that they have a laptop there and whatever files, photos and music was on my old computer they would transfer to the new laptop. Some of the things that I had were damaged and couldn't be saved.So far the laptop works great and I can watch my German TV shows and check email. I only paid for the laptop and wasn't charged for the other service. If I would have bought a new laptop I would have been charged for any other service I would like to have done.
