This company is a scam. It is impossible to cancel your account. There is no way to do it from inside your account settings. I have tried to email them since 3 months ago from the email they tell you to use to cancel your account. No response. It is also way overpriced. Extremely upset and have not used their software far 2 years and lost over $2000 because it’s impossible to close account.

2 words: Ease of use...well that's three words, which is fitting because FreshBooks overdelivers when it comes to invoicing, expense tracking and all the other stuff that helps me stay organized year round until I file my taxes. The time-saving on all the tasks that can eat up my day is really where I feel the impact of FresHBooks.
