As a photographer...the first thing I knew I needed to do was get insured for the worst case scenario. After research and thorough conversations with Hiscox, I got everything I needed to sleep well at night. WELL... 4 years into business, the biggest fear happened! Losing photos! THE ONE and only time I had a hard drive failure with absolutely NO recovery, absolute LOSS an amazing clients photos from one of her MOST important life events! Hiscox was there! Specifically Hilary! She reassured my client and I that my professional liability would take care of the damages and she was so friendly and FAST! So VERY professional, understanding and was so amazing to my client as well. My client even told me, wow... how lucky are you to have such great insurance with a great company!
