I just love how their employees leave great reviews. As I'm sure they would because every time you call, they are out of the office. From day 1, they told untruths. After I signed up, they told me a lot of things I was promised was "extra". Their HR department is a joke as the HR specislist is out most of the time. Then when you get an alternate she denies the advice she gave you even though you have a recording of the comversation. They will also have you on speaker and not tell you other people are in the room listening. And they lie. You send emails asking for read receipts and receive acknowledgement within 30 minutes. Then after 5pm, they say they just now received your email. You send them forms signed and they send them back to you asking you to sign the form. So you have to point out to them that the form you sent was already signed. Then you send them a pay raise for an employee and they don't input that pay raise and then you send them PTO for an employee and they do not input that PTO. Then they tell you they have contacted a particular department to call you and they have told them it's urgent. And that department never contacts you.
