WORST COMPANY EVER - DON’T TRUST THEM!i have been with paychex for a year now and can’t wait to cancel my contract.They don’t even know what professionality means and they try to play around you and charge you extra all the time!!!!Neal, the guy that was in charge of my billing, just responded to me today after months of e-mails and phone calls (last time i heard from him was the end of October 2017- today is Feb 2018.. ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!)

Surepayroll just giving me the runaround with closing account. One of those easy to open hard to close accounts. Just know that if you decide to sign up!Update: Thanks for your reply. Someone has contacted me, that made me feel a bit better. You should change your SOP of asking for one’s bank account number over the phone. What if the call was redirected to a third party? What does that tell a customer about about your data security practices?
