They cashed out my retirement, couldn't explain why so I told them it was fraudulent activity on my account. They then sent me a notice saying my 401k was cashed out and I'll be taxed on it when I file my income taxes. I once again tell them I never requested the money and they failed to explain their actions again. They still haven't explained their reasoning for closing my account and out right refuse to look into the fraudulent activity, this company lacks the ability to keep money and accounts safe.
