I've been signed up with St. Davids for over 5 months and they have been the least helpful recruitment company I've ever used. Only heard from them 3 times over the 5 month course. I have used many other recruitment companies all over the UK and St. Davids has to be the absolute worst. I have never had to chase up a recruitment company so much. I would not use them, there are plenty of other recruitment companies throughout Wales and South West.

Really bad recruitment agency, don't email or call you with 1 job over 6 weeks, then say the woman is on holiday and they have no other jobs to send....not helpful in the slightest and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They're all useless. Calling me to update that other cvs got rejected and the company is changing the job spec? Why not just call me if its good news otherwise just email. Silly system and silly staff.

Worst Recruitment agency i have ever dealt with, Waiting for callbacks constantly which never happen. Call them up to be told you'll get another callback. I swear recruitment agencies are there to actively help you search for work. When i told them there's vacancies suitable for me. They immediately said 'yeah, we've put you through for it now'. Nothing after that....no follow up. When i call back up for a progress update. The woman i spoke with had gone on holiday so she obviously just said it to get me off the phone as i called just before closing. You'd have a better chance sending smoke signals and getting a job than dealing with these. Absolutely useless.

One of the best out there. They are very helpful and put in time and effort on behalf of candidates. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them and they would be to first place I will tell people to go to.

The agency was great at the start- inviting me to meet with a colleague to discuss what employment I was looking for. Although the colleague I met with was pleasant, I have applied for two different jobs and not heard anything back for nearly a month. Very poor communication which is vital in the recruitment industry. Feel very let down by the agency- would not recommend.

Amazing staff and agency. From start to finish St David's Recruitment have been so friendly, helpful and efficient. After taking redundancy, they found me a temporary role straight away before putting me forward for a permanent position which I was accepted for, following an interview. They are so professional with a relaxed, personal touch and I can't thank them enough for all their help.
