Just terrible. Useless company.

I completed their form for a background check for a new position and they refused to contact my previous employers, saying they had no response. When I contacted my former employers, no one had contacted them. Next, this company demanded my tax returns and I knew then that was not a normal part of any background check. I have been through many of these and NEVER had been asked for my tax returns-total scam. The calls I received were from persons who could not even speak English. Additionally, there was no information on their security and encryption protections for personal information and my request for a copy of my report was marked “no”. Completely unprofessional!

my background check is projected to take 24 days. Most companies can do it in less than 30 minutes. Going to cause me to lose a position at the company I am applying for. WTG

This place is horrible. I've received a phone call from them every day this week because they were unable to contact my previous employers. They said they weren't able to reach anybody, but I was able to quite easily. By the third phone call, it was clear that I was doing their job for them.

This is truly a terrible place for background checks, they cant locate simple information. Their support is terrible and will tell you no additional information is needed for your BC and then an hour later you get an email for additional information. I feel like i was doing most of their job providing my previous employment history, even though I already provided it several times in previous checks, and a simple google search could provided them the answers. Not exactly sure what they even do here.

Unable to resolve an issue - locked out of my account - even though the invoice has been paid and they have processed my payment. Customer service just passes the case to another person each time I call. Service rep is non-responsive to my request for help.
