In the 6-or-so months with them, I had not a single face-to-face appointment. They were either skipped (e.g. "took the rest of the day off"), or changed to minute-long phone appointments.

After being with them for 2+ years I've had multiple issues with them and tired to get the resolved but have been unable to because of the unproffessionalism and rude employees. During my time with them I did not get offered any work experience and seems like little to no effort was made to help me find a career than I was qualified for.They were unorganized and forgot appointments within 24hrs of making them. Have tried speaking them a few times with questions and was either told some unhelpful stuff or the question was ignored.I had issues regarding the 20 job searches and when enquiring to resolve it I was told they cant do anything to help me and said it's all upto centerlink since things changed which I know for a fact is not true.If you're looking for an employment service. I do not recommend Sureway.
