First - Sydney and Carly are great representatives for this location. I've enjoyed working with Liberty as an employee and a client. This staffing agency is one of the lower, if not the lowest, paying agencies in the area for our industry. I understand that under-paying the staff will keep costs down for the client but hourly pay should be reviewed. Also, have you guys ever considered requiring clients to pay your leasing consultants commissions? Full House Marketing is a local company that requires this and it is extremely fair. Leasing consultants put forth much effort to show & lease an apartment, not to mention verifying paperwork, income, typing leases, walking apartments, going over move-in paperwork with a new resident, etc. etc. The Liberty Group consultant does all of this work and the client’s leasing team gets all of the rewards. This is unfair and demotivating. I understand people hire temporary employees to help but that doesn’t mean industry incentives aren't deserved. Please consider this employee feedback for future policies. Lastly, I love the new online timesheets.
