It’s time to let these staff go and find new replacements. Some of these staff here are too comfortable with the system. They don’t want to do their jobs. Drink coffee relax and talk about good life. Unfortunately we don’t have any on west and south. But we do have on east and north.Me: hi I’m looking for work on north and east. Unfortunately we don’t have any work available on north and east, but we might have some on west and south. It’s a game that they are pulling. Business is business. We come here for work! It’s not a game! Please tell us the truth and say we don’t qualify, so we leave you guys alone. Update: even if some of these staff decided to leave. They are just going to end up at another temp staffing anyways. Doing the same tricks. Best is go through a company before them. And let the company send you through them in the first place. Let the company contract with them about you. That way you’ll get paid by them and not waste your time!
