I utilized QTI's services in 2017 after I completed a graduate program and was looking for full-time work. Even though my particular industry wasn't a sector in which QTI staffed, they worked with me to find the best temporary fit while I searched for a permanent position. The interview process was thorough and QTI staff were friendly and professional. After a few single day assignments, I was fortunate enough to find a short-term assignment which was ideal given my circumstances. In addition to the opportunity being 40 hours/week, both QTI and their client were flexible as I continued my full-time employment search, which helped tremendously throughout the application/interview process. Thankfully, I was eventually able to find a full-time position utilizing my graduate degree. I am confident that if I had not been so fortunate the QTI position could have potentially turned into a full-time position. Additionally, if my employment situation changes suddenly in the future, I would not hesitate to return to QTI.
