Bad business practices. We were audited for a workers comp policy we did not need. They set us up with Acuity and they opened an audit after the year was over. We have had nothing but hardship with this mistake of signing a policy with them. We are in the process of filing an Appeal on the judgement that was filed. We have proof that this is false. We are going into litigation over this, and bringing it full circle. They better hope they can fork over the dough like we did. We are suing this company and Acuity. Beware as this company just keeps changing its name to avoid bad publicity. If they don't take care of this, they are going to be out of business.
