I switched to Unify Payroll from ADP, two years ago; and I have no plans of switching away or back to ADP!I met the owner, Andy, when he stopped by our business and our first conversation peaked my interest:• Local business• Friendly and not pushy attitude• Savings from switching from ADP!The savings were immediate and the system was very simple to use.These guys went through some significant software updates, when I first began; and as much as I love discovering new software by poking around and testing, I simply could not invest that time, as I was and still am elbows-deep with other big-picture projects at our business. This is where the Unify support team came in and really stood out.First, they were able to have their software writers accommodate our businesses’ unique PTO accruals, as soon as we switched over. In two years, when our business implemented EE & ER 401K contributions with specific set of rules, they had the codes prepared in time for our first effective day. Finally, a few months ago, we hired several handfuls of people, whom we needed to track work time for. Once again, Unify came through with an already-existing software addition, which tracks time punches with GPS capabilities; which excels in scheduling, tracking, and reporting of our offsite installers and superintendents. Just what we were looking for! The implementation was seamless, which is vital when big changes are happening, yet logistics have to be figured out, to reach our goals.Unify’s wonderful staff was also there to hold my hand, in a last-minute pay-period switch. Lastly, several times, when I ran into small issues, questions, or “boo boos,” Unify came through to bail me out! That sort of personal touch would be impossible with ADP. These guys are local and have a better understanding and empathy from their local peers; thus, they put care that ADP reps have not, even considering that Unify’s hours are not 24-7. I’ve been able to accomplish everything I wanted and more with Unify the way they are—a local group of very caring and professional individuals. Go Unify! And thank you for putting up with my frequent inquiries on submission days, to verify that everything looks correct.
