Feedback:
Total scam company. They fraudulently try to collect on things which they directly have already received payment. Workers there are incompetent and negligent. Class action lawsuit?

Was t-boned in Hawaii by another Avis rental car driven by a Japanese man. Turned in the card for the police report and insurance info at the time of the accident. Came home and received a demand for payment of almost $2500, called Viking and gave my insurance info again and asked them to please deal with them. Started getting collection calls from them all the time and each time directed them to the insurance company each time. Gave them the claim number and both my agent's and the adjuster's phone numbers and asked again that they quit harrassing me about it. Finally, got a rude call from an agent and told her (not so nicely) to deal with the insurance company and asked why they are bothering me instead of the guy who was at fault. A week later, I got a letter that they were going to put this on my credit report. Called them and they finally looked at the notes where my insurance adjuster had been in CONSTANT CONTACT with them and was waiting for information from them to pay the claim. The claim was paid and I will never rent a car from Avis or any of their affiliates.

Nina Klein of Viking Client Services handled our situation with Budget Car Rentals / GEICO with great professionalism and honor. Obviously, in a collections situation, there's lots of potential for it to get sticky and/or frustrating. She was courteous and straight forward without any heavy-handed pressure the entire time. First experience with collections and Nina was so helpful she was worth writing a review for. We are not related / friends.

Rented a car from Payless a year ago and just got a letter from Viking wanting to collect $1550 for damages to a car that was returned in perfect condition and a walkthrough was performed at the time. So mad. Called Payless and they will not even pull up my account and advised me to deal with Viking
Feedback:
Creepy bill collector that calls and doesn't leave a message. I was rear-ended and the other driver's insurance should have paid. This army of greedy jerks is the problem with the world.

Do not listen to the negativity from other people talking about Viking scamming people. They do not buy debt they do not threaten credit reports. Every one I have worked with has been very helpful and understanding. When you get your bill call them and work it out don’t assume your insurance companies will take care of this for you and don’t assume just because you get a bill it means they want the money that moment they most likely still are working with insurances companies or the other person who may be at fault but as the renter we still have to be billed. This company is not a fraud and has provided me all the documents I have requested to back this up and I have also talked to the Corporate offices about all this and they have verified this is not a scam. Instead of smashing a company and Ruining there Reputation why not get some facts straight. Thank you Viking for your Continued help with my claims for my company we will Continue to rent cars from you guys.

Viking Client Services Collections is a SCAM type company that buys unpaid debts real cheap 20% Or less of what the unpaid DEBT is. They do this in hoping to seek a FULL AMOUNT of the actual cost of the UNPAID DEBT. They usually buy them cheap from companies like BUDGET and AVIS Rentals..ect. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU !! They will call and harass you with their lame tactics but do not ever fall for it!. They might act like they work for a LEGIT DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY or WORK FOR THE COMPANY THEY BOUGHT THE UNPAID DEBT FROM but in REALITY BY THEM PURCHASING THOSE UNPAID DEBTS...IT MEANS YOU DO NOT OWE THAT UNPAID DEBT ANYMORE. VIKING CLIENT SERVICES HAVE NOT REALIZED IT YET BUT, THEY JUST TOOK ANOTHER LOSS ON THEM IF YOU FIGHT BACK!....HAHAHAHA! DO NOT ever pay anything! It will not resolve anything. THEY WILL KEEP CALLING / HARASSING EVEN AFTER PAYMENT. They just want a quick PAY DAY! They prey on the weak...SAD BUT TRUE. - "NEVER EVER PAY COLLECTIONS" - YOUTUBE video WILL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING.
Feedback:
Viking knowingly and purposefully attempted to defraud me out of hundreds of dollars for a rental car damage claim. The vehicle had preexisting damage that was well documented and they had those documents. They threatened my credit and insisted on payment. I finally provided them with my documentation and pictures I had of the vehicle and they eventually dropped the claim. The associate i spoke with was rude, deceptive, and combative. I called them several days in a row demanding an apology from that associate until I eventually got it. Roll over and let me pet you belly Paul you fraud! It brought me great joy making the fraud associate apologize.
