I’m not happy with my experience, especially as a first time customer. I came in for my walk-in appt and was evaluated for tonsillitis. The nurse asked me where I worked and I told her The Country Club of Rochester. I deal with food and I serve there. It’s not sanitary for me to go to work, especially being around food while I’m coughing and sneezing. I then was prescribed an antibiotic and there is a delay in it because something didn’t match up. My pharmacy tried to call this PLACE and the mailbox was full so they faxed what they had to over and I still don’t have my prescription! I also asked for a note that states why I was there and what I was given. I was just told that a note can’t be written for me and I don’t understand why! The nurses are nice, but overall I don’t feel like I was helped, AT ALL. Not recommending this place to anyone !
