This Office is getting better with the Customer Service issues that have been terrible in the past. Improvement is still needed. After submitting my most recent review of my experience, I've received a bill on my birthday a Sunday I might add, informing me I owe the State $800 for their mistake on a so call overpayment of foodstamps, in which I pay taxes too. Sounds calculating and suspect, I wonder why folk say the system is corrupt?? How can these folk get away with trying to keep folk down all the time. I just have no faith in this system. Actually Washington State was so much better than this until the Racist showed their ugly face.

The front desk/receptionist was honest and helpful, as my question was not something she could answer. I was instructed to use a dedicated phone to contact the appropriate department. I was on hold for over thirty minutes before someone came on to answer one question.
