This place is great for getting help on a resume, and that's about it.Everytime I've gone here I've gotten enough help to get me a job that can't support me. I moved to Sudbury, and was hoping to find a decent enough job that I could at least pay my rent, bills, and buy food. With this place, they don't care what the job is like for you, as long as they push you out the door as fast as possible.I had been looking for a job for over 6 months, and when I found a seasonal position, they immediately dropped me from the program. I've never found a good job through the Y, and I don't think I ever will. I've been let down so many times through them. You can literally tell them that your job is making you unhappy, that you can't live off of it, and they'll basically tell you that you have no choice. I worked with the YMCA employees multiple times through the years. They're friendly on the outside, but that's about it.
