its a worst organisation as I saw in my entire working life. before describe everything I just want to suggest those people who are interested to work with this organisation, please think and check before joining. Because ------ 1) I got a first call form Jesline who introduced herself as a employ of Yoma business solution, but time of my last working day I heard she is an employ of Times Of India Group. and also when I got the first call from that day i repeatedly asked, is there any target or not. because as per my previous experience all counselor and tele- caller must have a target. but she repeatedly and confidently told me a lie and said no, as a tele caller you have no target. after 12-15 days of joining when I got my KRA at that point I called her and I must say she is very wonderful actress, She pretend, she had no idea regarding this issue, and she assured me she will talk to this matter with her senior. it was my first experience with both of this "Organisation" .(Times Of India Group & Yoma Business Solution).2) I must have mentioned name of those people who made my work- environment "wonderful". first name of course will be my immediate senior named Sautumi Chatterjee. She treated you as a maid of her place. and no matter how much number of call you do in a day, she will be not satisfied, and when ever her "mood" will be swing she used to talked like a proper illiterate, and you have to digest that as a obedient junior. but definitely some of the time she helped me as well. at the time of 2nd round counselling she defiantly helped me. but overall her behavior was so irritating.3) Now I come to the most valid point. When I resign then my work span was only three months in this organisation. and my last working day was 25 of June 2019. after completing my all exit formalities, as per their commitment I should get my FnF within 40 working days. after that I got my FnF by partly payment. and most importantly, When I asked regarding the issue by mail repeatedly and i attached my all valid document and voice record and everything, but after that point no one replied me back. Then woman Pol (Yoma business solution) told me he is not a concern person for this matter. and gave me Lakshmi' s no for this issue. and after knowing everything she told she called me back EOD (end of the day). but when I never got any call or mail from their end then I called her after 7:45 p.m at that day and she told still she had no Idea and she will call me back today. but till today never got that call. And still my 4650 Rs. and my PF is on hold and between this time I called and mailed Fabiana (the times of India group), Lakshmi, Woman Pol, ad also Yasoo (Yoma business solution) thousand times but primarily they do not give me any reply and not receiving my call. and after maybe some 50 times call and 7-8 times mail they gave me a single reply that as per my offer latter it will be deducted for left the job before completing 6 months. but I read the offer letter for 3 to 4 times but there is nothing mentioned like they told. I obviously i mailed. but still it's getting no reply. Now you can thing the scenario. After knowing the exact issue I hope you will be think many more time before joining. Chandrima MondalKolkata
