Overall Feedback:

The view is great! Rivergold has its moments but is still a really good school. The community is ok but a lot of politics and unessary drama! The HOA keeps going up every year but you can't see where all the money goes. Just check it out and see if you can deal with living here. It can be extremely irritating!! It could also be wonderful if your lucky enough not to get nosey neighbors. But "Red" is awesome out of the bar and grill in YLP!! Tip her a lot!!!
