I wish it was possible to give them 1 star. We used to get our credit reports within 2-3 days. We have been waiting over 3 weeks now. After the first week we emailed them and they said they were behind and it would be a couple days. That was two weeks ago. Since then, I have called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I have literally been calling all day and no one will pick up the phone, and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. This is unprofessional to avoid your customers. You need to let us know what is going on. We have been losing potential residents, which means we are losing out on money. I am also not able to get my commission. We rely on you to do your service and you are not coming through. On their website they say that "it is nice to be able to talk to someone." That is a lie. I really hope you won't be charging your customers as you are not delivering on your word.
