DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save yourself the time, energy and money! Go somewhere that knows what they are doing! This place is cheaper for a reason! I filed my tax return with them back on February 8th, 2018. THEY claimed part of my income incorrectly, the IRS then held my refund and sent out a letter. They were supposed to have fixed it yet the IRS has received no corrections at all! I have been calling almost every day and can't get anyone other than the lady who answers the phone. They didn't even know who was supposed to have helped me for over 3 weeks! It's been 2 MONTHS since I've filed my tax return and the IRS says I MIGHT be able to get it back in the next TWO MONTHS and it will probably be screwed up and I'll owe them money back! All because these people do not know how to file a simple 1099! I should have done my own taxes on TurboTax! It would have been cheaper, done right and I'd have my money back already! They haven't helped me one tiny bit! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, SAVE THE TIME, MONEY AND HEADACHE!
