We have been with Aberdare for quite a while now and I have to say that I have not been let down. Handing the books (literally) to someone else can be scary but the team at Aberdare put me at ease from the beginning and I quickly realized that having experts handle the books was much more beneficial for my business. They have been attentive to our needs, responded quickly and have genuinely been a great resource. I recommend Aberdare to everyone I know because I know they will be taken care of.

I have worked with Aberdare Business Solutions for several years. I refer clients to them because of their excellent work product and their genuine "wanting to help" attitude. They have held wonderful seminars which have been well attended and which give a lot of information out in a short period of time. All useful. When they are asked a question that they do not know right away, they actually get back to you with an answer (without you having to follow up first); which is not something that I see that often. They know their business and they are great to work with. I also like the fact that they are very charity oriented and have given back to several charities through food drives, participation in fundraiser events and participation in community/nonprofit events.

The reviews I have seen online for Aberdare have seemed somewhat skewed. They must be getting their friends to write them. My experience was negative to say the least. I was not treated with respect, and had a particularly negative encounter with the Accounting Supervisor. I believe her name is Misha. She continually sidestepped my questions and did not treat me like a knowledgeable business owner. To be fair, there are a few customer service oriented individuals at Aberdare, but sadly because of my experience with a select few I decided to take my business elsewhere. Business owner beware.
