Hired to make about 13 screens for our home. First, supposedly, the item that was ordered was incorrect. Then we were told that the correct item is on backorder. Ok - what can you do, right? Except once the materials came in, we were told they would be completed in a few days. That turned into about two weeks. And the quality is terrible. At least half of the screens are either bowed, or too short. The owner kept on telling us to be patient. We were patient - for over 5 weeks we were patient. But then after spending over $1,000 I get really sub-par screens. And he is telling us that he shouldn't take on screen requests anymore because they are such a hassle. Thanks.Oh, and we are still waiting on "clips" that are suppose to help secure the cross bars that we requested to have. That was about a month ago.
