From Army of Davids Garage Doors.... the team at Access is not only amazing and professional but they are kind and very personable. When we went into their office they spent their time giving us information and details about the area as well as good advice on moving into the area. I can not say enough goods things about this company and its team.

The entire Access Realty team was exceptional. They were recommended to us by some local residents, and I'm so glad! I spoke with multiple staff members to set up accommodations for a complicated reservation: 12 honors students from an out-of-state college on an alternative break trip to do service, whew! No matter who I spoke with, the staff member was polite, competent, friendly, and accommodating. As a university group we had some complications to our reservation and the Access Realty team didn't batt and eye and got us what we needed. Emails were prompt, which I always appreciate!When there was a plumbing emergency in our house two days before check-in, I was contacted immediately and presented with alternative accommodations. Check-in was easy, our property C-Breeze was gorgeous and comfortable, and my students were so grateful we left the owners a thank you note and tried to give a good impression of college students :) Definitely working with Access Realty again when we come back next year!

The location of the Access Realty property we rented, Queens Grant B-106, is ideal. Even in the busiest season of the year, the beach is uncrowded, and we enjoyed walks to the piers every day. We played on the beach and in the waves daily and spent one morning jet skiing. The pool was a little crowded, and its location across the beach isn't ideal, but the beachfront condo more than made up for it. We really like the relative quiet of Topsail. The condo itself was clean and well-stocked. We liked our rental linens as well. The only complaint we have is that the WiFi was so weak as to be unusable, which was problematic. We looked for a rental with WiFi since we were in online courses. The unit really should not advertise WiFi. Still, it was a great beach vacation, and especially when we don't need WiFi, we'd stay here again!Our experience with Access Realty was terrific. Everyone there was efficient, competent, and friendly, and we would definitely rent with Access again.

We have rented from three of the big rental agencies in the island and Access Realty is by far our favorite!They make vacation planning easy and stress free and always are pleasant to deal with. Always ready to answer questions and if there is any problems they are quick to fix. Would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to them as they are top notch!
