Helen was our bookeeper for two years. In the first year many mistakes were made. Costing us thousands of dollars. She assured us in second year she had it figured out and it would be better. Second year with her was worst than first. Charging us for things that she never did. Finally had another firm step in to straighten out the mess she had created and discovered that she didnt do any of the stuff she had said she had been doing. Have sent multiple requests asking for money to be refunded and she doesnt acknowlege the complaint. Very unhappy. Beware
