Not sure what's going on. Dropped off the paperwork in early Feb. Was told it would take up to 3 weeks. It's April 23rd now. Why wouldn't you call to let people know what is going on? I've recommended you to others that are now in the same boat. I will be looking into alternatives next time.Update: got my taxes back just before the end of June. Called shortly after I posted this and was told "soon". Or some bs. Hire someone to make calls? Post something on Facebook? That's all it would've took for me at least. I hope the way they handle relationships with their customers doesn't translate to how they handle the sensitive information we hand them. That's an uncomfortable feeling.
