Feedback:
The main concern with this business is the terrible customer service. We dropped our taxes off in February and did not get them back until mid-June after being told it would only take 2-3 weeks to complete. Obviously. things happen however throughout this time frame the communication was absolutely horrible. I was told TWICE that my taxes would be done "by this weekend" and I would be contacted. A week would go by with no call that they were either completed or not done yet, I would have to reach out to them AGAIN in order to find out if they were completed or not. Tax day went by and again, no notification in regards to filling an extension on our behalf or not which is a pretty big deal. When asked about this the response was "we do not have time to notify all of our clients". Altogether, the staff was rude, unapologetic, and had very poor customer service skills. Not once did Tami, the actual owner, reach out or apologize. On top this, we were charged full price for our taxes and when asked to speak to management/Tami in regards to this I was completely blown off.
