I have been a customer at Accounting plus for 5 years now. I was very pleased with my service before this year but it has all gone down hill now. Extremely disgusted with Tami’s staff and business operations! I had dropped my taxes off On February 4 this year, it’s now April 15 and they are still not done. Now I would imagine they with be filing a extension on my behalf without a call or anything. I had contacted them three times during this time period all with short excuses and telling me they will call me when they are done as explanations. Finally after April 18 they are done! Very poor way to run a business and a great way to lose loyal customers in my opinion!
