Recently filed taxes with for them first time. Staff is friendly and they went above and beyond after a terrible situation. I cannot even begin to tell you the extent to which Jan and Donna went on follow through and details that did not go unnoticed. I would recommend them even after a rocky start.

Looking at that last review about how rude Kathy, the secretary was, is very understandable. Fortunately, Donna fired Kathy and now has a wonderful secretary. Donna is the best CPA around.

4/2/16I called this place to help one of my clients find a place to do their business taxes. I was referred to them by my tax person as my tax person only works with personal not business. Kathy who answered my call was extremely unpleasant and made it clear that she could not help. I was told to speak with Donna when I called. I asked Kathy if I could speak to Donna and she said Donna was not available until after April 15th. I let Kathy know this is something that my clients would like done before the 15th. Kathy said that again Donna would not be available until after the 15th so I asked "does that mean you are not looking for business" and she said I guess not at this time. My review is in hopes that Donna will she where she lost business because of Kathy's actions.
