Very unprofessional. She was not at all clear as to when payment was due and how much to bring in when she called me to say my return was complete. (My last accountant billed me) She then got very argumentative and started attacking me. She very rudely said to me, that I was all wrong about what the IRS had just explained to me. She made rude and degrading accusations against me, when I asked her questions about taxes and what the IRS said she said I was playing games. I calmly said I am sorry she feels that way and a misunderstanding was not my intention. I was very kind and apologetic about the misunderstanding but she continued to degrade and demoralize me verbally. She even did it in an email. It was VERY unprofessional. I asked to make a payment arrangement with her and she denied the payment arrangement saying she would require over $1000 for the return and she would not file anything until she got payment in full. She did not explain anything about cost and what options I had before she moved ahead. She just stuck me with a huge bill and then bashed me, never filed my return and refused to work with me.
