This is the worst payroll/accounting and tax service I have encountered. They made a huge mistake ($18k) in our 2016 taxes and in setting up our S corp with failure to file for S Corp with the IRS during the required time. If you need to talk to them or get your records, they take ages to get back to you. When you take an appointment, they make you wait for a long time often more than an hour. They need to learn how to respect and value their customers. Your money is better worth to pay a bit more and get a better tax/accounting service.
