We have been working with Accupay for 3 years now and was assigned Marta F. Calling her with a question about payroll or any change is always a positive out come. She just gets it done. Her service and friendliness is the reason when other payroll companies call to see if we want to talk about payroll, the answer is always NO.

I have dept with this business a few times over the past several years. They do an excellent job of taking care of all of your weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax needs. They give you very organized print outs of all financial information that you have done. They are great at doing payroll and if you are nearby you can actually pick up payroll checks via their drive thru window on the side of the building. Or they can same day deliver, or mail payroll to you or your business as needed. The location is kept very clean and professional looking and the employees have always been courteous and professional when I have dealt with them. They are also quick to find out tax info for you and to email you back. Their rates are reasonable for the time it saves you, and for the expertise and accuracy they offer, it's one less thing to deal with knowing they do it correctly for you. I recommend this office which has several CPA's.

There is a CLEAR sign on my place of business that states NO SOLICITING! BUT every couple of months one of your reps, keeps stopping by to solicit your services. Please RESPECT the NO SOLICITING sign!

Larry and the people at Accupay are some of the nicest and most trustworthy people I've met. They love what they do and give personal attention each of their clients.

Rude people to deal with. A glitch in their system prevented me from getting check stubs online. When I needed them to email me a couple for employment verification they were very unsympathetic and rude. They made me wait HOURS until right before every place closed to email them to me saying they were to busy to fire off a 2 minute email. DO YOUR JOBS. Wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
