I am the person with the appointment today that Katlyn was referring to. I have never been treated so badly by someone that needs peoples business in order to operate. We walked in and said hello - she responded with come in (to my office) so we sat down. No handshake, introduction, smile - nada. First thing she says is are we filing married or single and I responded with married by mistake - I have been with my fiancé for almost 10 years and it feels like we are married, once I corrected myself she couldn't have been more rude. I was there a total of about 2 minutes no kidding. Her motto on her business card is "Taxes are our business" - well you can tell that good customer service DEFINATELY IS NOT! I would never give her my business even if it was free. Wish there was a no star.

I wish I could give this a negative star, Jennifer was rude from the minute we walked in. You would think a small individual business would have better customer service and want your business. My friend that I was with who had the appointment accidentally said she was married and then immediately corrected herself and Jennifer questioned her as if she was lying about it and then decided she didn't want her as a client. She is in fact not married but engaged to her long term boyfriend and when Jennifer asked her if she was married or single she just naturally said married, honest mistake and from then on Jennifer was unbelievably rude. Would not recommend her to anybody!
