Wow they are busy. Busiest Firm I've seen. Well over 3000+ clients with more being added everyday. This firm is great about communication, but as a client, I need to be good with communication as well or I can easily see how they don't have time to continually follow-up. This being said, they have more active communication then any other CPA firm I have dealt with. They send reminders, they follow-up about deadlines, and taxes to be paid, and they really do go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met as best as they can. It's also helpful to keep in mind that despite this being is a small team with THOUSANDS of clients, they still offer full services, unlike most CPA firms. Taxes, payroll, bookkeeping, the works. They are open year-round, they are busy, and they are Excellent at what they do. It's obvious that they love their jobs and they love their clients.
