ADP has been working with me for 6 weeks to implement one of my companies to the runpayroll platform. It has been a total screwup. Now the district manager, Austen Cooley, tells me he did not anticipate the problems the Philippine implementation team would have to get this set up for first payroll Oct 12. Therein lies the big problem, trying to save a few bucks by sending work outside of the US. I am done with ADP, will start the process to switch over to another payroll service tomorrow. I should have looked at the existing reviews before I decided to go with ADP.

Recently switched from another company in California to ADP. They answered all my questions and the transition was seemless! They uploaded all my Q1 and Q2 payroll records and made it very easy to use their online software (even from my phone). My rates are great, my payroll is processed easily and reports are easy to read. I have not had to call anyone except my regional manager/sales representative with timely responses.

Under absolutely no circumstances should you use this company. They have been impossible to deal with. I have been billed 6 times since cancelling my account with them. They have returned the charges just to bill me again in two weeks. Absolutely horrible company. If someone cancels their account with your company, you stop billing them!!!!

Camille Lloyd is our rep with ADP, I own a small business and she has helped us transition from another payroll company to ADP. Everything was seamless and she understood that we could not miss anything because we run payroll weekly. We have run a few payrolls and everything has been great. Thank you Camille for your professionalism.

This company SELLS YOUR INFORMATION!! How else do I "randomly" get garnished EVERY SINGLE time this company is used for payroll????I have been employed at the same company twice now and ADP IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT SEEMS TO GARNISH MY PAYCHECK WITHOUT THE PROPER NOTIFICATIONS!!Apparently I have a judgement from 2014, I have no clue about, but somehow this company ALWAYS manages to GARNISH my paycheck at 22% every 2 weeks?!?! I contact the debt agency and never get a response, yet they do nothing about it.I'll be headed to court this week..... Something needs to be done!! Can't be legal to up and start garnishing people WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEM BEFORE HAND!!Since when did medical bills become garnishable???? $600 bill turned into $2,000 😂 😂

As an employee of a company who used their pay cards, do not use them. There are hidden fees, and charges if the card isn't being used enough. It's almost impossible to get any straight answers out of the customer service line that's outsourced to India. It took at least 4 phone calls to get them to close my account with them.

Recently switched to ADP's PEO. Worst onboarding experience ever for HR provider. When you're paying these hefty fees, the customer service should be much better. One or two managers are helpful but if they don't get involved, the rest of the employees I've worked with are not helpful and don't seem to care.

Worst service. 30 min or more hold times EVERY time. None of the departments function together. The info you hear when you sign up is a scam. They don't make anything easy or accessible. Do not use this company if you have any other options.
