Feedback:
Very poorly designed application that makes it unbearable to request time off. They're taking the fun of scheduling vacation!
Feedback:
They were great to get on-boarded with, but that's where their level of quality deteriorated quickly. One error after another with them handling "full service payroll", many issues with docs and forms being wrong on their end. Drafting wrong amounts from accounts, then claiming the payment never came in, etc. I ended up switching to another company for payroll in Feb 2019, and I'm still currently working with them on some fires they started as of July 2019. Not worth the headache, and getting bounced around to 9 different departments with every call. Go literally anywhere else, you'll do yourself a favor.

ADP is a big pile of cow S!@t I have been trying to log in and it keeps telling you are not found, when I KNOW i'm in the system! I will be opening my own restaurant and no way in hell will I use there well don't want to call it a service rather then a PAIN IN THE A!@
Feedback:
Their services and the portal to enter time is so horrible. Using the product to enter time sheets is such a headache. I would prefer filling an excel that having this slow sluggish, extremely horrible applications e-Time.
Feedback:
WARNING DO NOT USE ADP-RUN! The level of customer support is horrible. The GL mapping for quickbooks synching does not work properly and will lead to ledger inaccuracies. I used quickbooks for four payrolls and I regret trying out ADP. I had unrecognized deposits and credit within the first two weeks which led to an overdraft. The GL reports did not synch on another payroll which overdrafted and our company was then asked for an $11,000 escrow to continue. We did not have one overdraft for 3.5 years while working with Intuit. Another issue was that the sales person attempted to switch my work comp insurance to ADP by telling me to fill out a form to have my Work Comp paid by ADP when in fact it was to switch my provider to ADP; my insurance agency called me and explained what was happening. So I cancelled and when I canceled my Run Payroll account, I no longer was able to access my report. They immediately disabled it so that I would have to call in for reports. It is designed to punish companies for cancelling. I have had to call in four times to get reports for my new providers; I requested that my account to be reactivated for 30 days while I transition to my new provider. So if you are making the switch, cancel once you are set up with a new payroll provider. When refunding 2nd Quarter withheld taxes, they sent it snail mail which took 11 days to receive; ADP was auto debiting and depositing and still auto debiting some fees after I cancelled but sent my check snail mail instead of direct deposit and somehow held onto the check for a week before dropping it in the mail. One more way to punish companies for cancelling service. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General as I paid for services and should still have online access to my reports as this is what was paid, and the ability to still push the push the ADP payroll GL reports to my quickbooks. I am hoping that by contacting a government agency like the attorney general; they may reconsider abusing clients for cancelling service. How would I compare ADP? They are a couple steps below a typical cable tv/internet provider's service.
