I had a horrible experience with ADP I could not recommend it less. The account manager was gone for 2 month with no response. The customer service was not helpful. The sales guy stopped paying attention after the sale. They charged me $100 fee each payroll for an ID that I didn’t understand or was shown how to get.

To save a few dollars I switched from Quick Books full service payroll to ADP. From my first invoice I'm not saving any money and the QB payroll was so much easier and took zero support, ADP, not so easy. Plus QB doesn't take the money out of your account until the payroll is paid and same for the taxes, In ADP you need to have the money in your account at least two days prior. If your a small business owner and time has any value to you I would not suggest using ADP

Your "district manager" Garrett Perrigo left a negative review for my business when we refused to work with him and ADP. You guys sure hire sleazy people. Is this how you close on new sales, is to leave negative reviews?
