Crappiest company EVER. No care for the regular working people. Two weeks in a row now and still haven’t got my pay check due to error on ADP part. And they take another two weeks to refun the money back to your employer.now I’m here with no lights, diapers or food because the checks I was relying on are not here. Rot in hell

Worst company ever. When you call for help, you literally are speaking to machine and when they do connect you to a representative they don't even let you speak to the supervisor for more assistance. Their security team sucks, they WILL put a hold on your account for no reason just to "double check" information when you are trying to make a change and make you send a picture of your drivers license and social which is pretty sketchy that will take for the most part 48 hours for them to check. Other companies (like Verizon, BB&T) can verifiey who you are by phone this company is ridiculous I recommend anyone who has it to switch , that is what I am doing as soon as I can.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This company was incompetent with my payroll 3 months in a row and cost me tons of bank fees and lots of time fixing it. Never again! If your a small business don't do it!!!
