I have 2 accounts with ADP. 2 different logins, I work m-f and you can never get a live person to help! after spending hours waiting and trying to reset account is frustrating to say the least! You call for payroll one login you call for retirement different accounts diffrent help #s , but both have same username! ???this is 2018 not 1999 Come on People you here because of your customers! What companies pay for your service is not fair! your answer is always the same, Contact your administrator! DO YOU THINK THEY WANT BOTHERED ON A WEEKEND OR EVENINGS ? NO

week 3 of trying to get my pay corrected, still unable to clock in. my HR was put on hold for 4 hours, even they can't break through. Going to make sure plant manager and directors are aware of this each and every weekly staff meeting. No wonder Paychex is thriving.

Super aggressive sales people. We explained multiple times that we were all set with payroll and very happy with our current service. Then he tried to convince us to recommend their services to all of our customers and get "thousands of dollars" in kick backs. After we declined he was extremely defensive and kept spouting about all the money we could be making. We don't even use this company ourselves (because of a bad past experience) we would never recommend it to our customers. We could barely get him out the door. So awkward.

The worst payroll company ever. I was supposed to get my check today, a Friday, and because they don’t know how to overbite packages the WHOLE COMPANY has to wait until Monday. Some of us have bills ADP. I hate y’all.
