Terrible customer service. Got stood up twice on an appointment from a rep so I switched to Paychex. After I terminated my relationship with ADP they kept sending doc to the Florida Department of Revenue so when they got the real docs from Paychex, the government rejected them. Now I owe all kinds of fees and penalties all because ADP is a huge mess w no customer service.

Don't use. Literally can't withdraw any money, nor swipe my card to use my money and they don't care about their customers. Don't waste your time.

It's so frustrating that I cannot get my pay-stubs from my employer which is his obligation and my right to receive them. My boss says I'm annoying him when I ask for my pay-stubs. Now I'm trying to get someone from ADP on the phone and not even that is possible because only my employer can do that. So what the hell do I do?
