They didn't pay the IRS, which we pay them to do and I've been getting letters from the IRS about the balance and I cannot contact ANYONE at this company! I've been calling again and again for 2 days and still haven't talked to anyone. I leave messages for my assigned person as well as the SALES team to call me back (very polite and happy voicemails, mind you) and I cannot get a single call back. I'm currently on the phone trying to reach them as I type this...

Not only is their customer service outsourced in India but the customer service they have here in the US is also terrible. I have a real issue that needs to be dealt with and instead getting someone that’s listening I get hung up on and transferred again to an outsourced customer service because no one here wants to deal with it. Unacceptable absolute gross customer service I’ve never taken the time to complain before but I feel it’s necessary in order to enforce some type of change? Thank you, employee from ADP “Jonathan” for getting paid to hang up on me and being so incredibly unhelpful.

As a business owner, we had numerous issues with ADP over a 6 month period including but not limited to: delays in filing payroll taxes and significant errors processing payroll. How embarrassing is it to hear that your employees did not receive their paychecks? Their incompetence has led us to allocating time/money to problems that could have easily been avoided.

Really friendly staff, especially the ones from Beacon Health Strategies.Security staff is courteous, and even the cafeteria employees make feel welcome (thanks Lily....!).The best feature of the faculty is that they have cero tolerance for smoking in the premises, which should be a model since we know how harmful cigarettes can be.So keep up the good people....Leadership ahead...!

The worse customer service EVER!!! I used to have an account with ADP that I had to close because the service was so terrible every time I had to run payroll. Now they keep sending me emails to get my business back - but I have called the rep that supposedly wants to get my business back THREE TIMES and emailed her THREE TIMES because I need some paperwork and no one has called or emailed me back! REALLY??!!
